These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CM Container Management Inc. website, online booking system (powered by Jobber), and all bin rental, junk removal, and hauling services.

By booking a service, submitting your information, or signing a rental agreement, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Service Delivery

We provide:

Roll-off bin rentals
Junk removal services
Hauling and material disposal

Service availability depends on weather, equipment, landfill hours, and access to the property.

2. Online Booking (Jobber)

When booking through our website or Jobber portal:

You must provide accurate information
Your service request is not confirmed until we respond
Jobber may send automated emails, text reminders, and invoices on our behalf

By booking, you consent to receive these communications.

3. Rental Fees & Payment Terms

All pricing is based on current posted rates
Payment may be required before delivery or upon pickup
Overweight bins, contamination, or additional disposal fees will be billed to the customer
Payments are processed securely through Jobber/Stripe

Unpaid invoices may be subject to collection processes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide safe, accessible placement for the bin
Avoid placing prohibited materials
Ensure the bin is not overloaded
Provide unobstructed access for pickup

Damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.

5. Prohibited Materials

The following items are not allowed in bins:

Hazardous waste
Chemicals, oils, fuels
Paints or solvents
Asbestos
Explosives or ammunition
Biomedical or medical waste
Appliances or electronics unless approved

Improper disposal may result in legal fees, cleanup charges, and fines.

6. Liability

CM Container Management Inc. is not responsible for:

Damage to driveways, lawns, pavement, or landscaping
Delays due to factors outside our control
Damage caused by improper loading by the customer
Items placed near, under, or behind the bin

Use of services is at the customer’s risk.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may incur fees
If the bin cannot be delivered or picked up due to blocked access, additional fees may apply.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

The Province of New Brunswick
The Government of Canada

Any disputes will be resolved within this jurisdiction.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated version.
